​The August Wilson House
  • Drafted and published interpretive planning framework, historic reports, Sketchup models, site interpretation, conservation request for proposal, conservation treatment reports, Saving America’s Treasures grant reports, Keystone grant reports, National Trust for Historic Preservation grant reports;
  • Coordinated owner, stakeholder, and consultant work;
  • Led historic and conservation presentation at Saving America’s Treasures Section 106 community meeting, interpretive planning committee meetings, and consultant coordination;
  • Supervised and coordinated conservation treatment;
  • Ensured compliance with Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Treatment of Historic Properties;
  • Performed fieldwork to conserve physical materials of the House and write reports/draft interpretive plans;
  • Conducted historic research and oral history interviews on the Bedford Avenue Historic Research Survey project under a Keystone Planning grant (2019-20);
  • Built a community website for the Bedford Avenue Historic Research Survey;

Blairsville Armory, Blairsville PA:
  • Supervised, drafted, coordinated Keystone Planning Grant application, historic research, historic structure report, grant compliance, and compliance with Secretary of the Interior’s Standards. Drafted narrative of plans for future reuse. Drafted grant narrative, executive summary, and project overview. Coordinated owner and stakeholder investment.
